Our mission is to train IT professionals for the Ukrainian labour market, to develop advanced educational technologies and to integrate in the international community.

The development of telecommunications and IT gives the opportunity to use various means of information exchange: satellite and cable television, the Internet and web technologies, facsimile and mobile communication, distant learning, e-mail, the ability to access world’s largest libraries online, etc. All these opportunities require mastering of certain technologies and obtaining professional skills in some of them. This leads to the necessity of reorganising the educational infrastructure, implementation of new principles and courses that would allow:

• to cultivate a certain ideology and a modern IT culture;
• to use the obtained knowledge, skills and experience in everyday life;
• to accumulate own experience, which will help a young specialist in the modern IT community.

In order to achieve these goals, an international project “Aptech—Ukraine” was started with the support of the Ukrainian Ministry of Education and Science. The implementation of this project is based on the experience of Aptech Worldwide, an Indian corporation which has more than 3200 centres on all continents and a teaching experience of more than 20 years.

The basis of this cooperation is a franchisee agreement between ITC Information Technology Centre and Aptech Limited. The authorised ITC Information Technology Centre is the first Aptech centre in Ukraine. It has exclusive rights to translate all methodical materials to Ukrainian, to adapt, publish and distribute them on the territory of Ukraine.
